Includes access to excellent laundromat, nature trails, rec room, fishing in our lake and swimming pool (during season). Also includes satellite, water, sewer and 800 KWH of electricity. Best suited for a couple or a single person, no smoking, restrictions on children under age 14 due to proximity to lake, minimum 6 month lease. 1 small pet considered (dogs under 15 lbs). Must have a valid DL or ID and must pass background check. First month's rent and $525 deposit due prior to move in.
